Kuoyo Seventh Day Adventist Church and Nursery School (Kenya)
Kuoyo Yago Nursery school reopened in 2021 when this became permissible by Kenya government and the corona-virus lockdown was ended. Due to the pandemic, the numbers of the students have dropped since many parents cannot afford the Kenya equivalent of US $5 per month fee. Parents lost their jobs and most women who were in hospitality business have not been able to return to work, yet this was how they fended for their families, for their daily living and paid required fees.
Kuoyo asks that you please keep the teachers, students and parents in your thoughts, prayers and that you consider donating towards their survival. Any donations are greatly welcomed. Any help will keep the nursery school as the Kuoyo Yago rural community struggles to keep afloat while they weather out the COVID-19 pandemic. The school wishes to thank all those who have contributed thus far to ensure its survival. Thanks to UWAO and her generous donors for this.
Aluta continua!
